John Lennon & Yoko Ono The Beatles Annie Leibovitz Memorial Portrait Color Realism Back Piece Tattoo.
Robert is a really cool dude who loves really good music, especially true, classic rock. He loves the timeless music of The Beatles as much as I do (maybe even more!) and really admires what John Lennon and Yoko Ono stood for. I have admired the music and message of The Beatles and John for a long time, myself. Robert asked me to do an entire back piece, replicating the famous photo by Annie Leibovitz. This photo shoot took place the same day that John was assassinated outside his London home. Very heavy stuff. This piece means just as much to me as it does to Robert. We are going to add some fancy background, but I had to show it in its raw state. I DID NOT DO THE MUSIC STAFF ON HIS LOWER BACK (it was a pre-existing piece before I started the John/Yoko piece). Also, that is a killer Pink Floyd sleeve on his left arm that I wish I had! Thank you for looking.
