#1 Portrait Tattoo Artist Needed!!!!

I live in northeast Kansas. I need to find the #1 Portrait Artist out there! I am willing to travel the distance. I am wanting to get a portrait of Avril Lavigne (off the cover of her album "Let Go") on my back. Price does not really matter. It has to be exactly like the album cover! Please help me!!!! like tat swami said check out robert black at stray cat tattoo somewhere in kansas. hes a phenomonal black and grey artist whos not in the spotlight but should be. not even sure if he wants to be. like i said great artist and super nice guy.
