17 with parental consent. Best shop in ct or nj?

Hey everybody I'm 17 and looking to get a tattoo in ct or nj. I have parental consent and have had this tattoo planned out for years. I am going to get " follow your bliss" in cursive on my inner bicep. I was looking for some input from people with first hand experiences of who would be the best tattoo artist to do this style tattoo. Thanks, Dave

What part of Jersey would be closest to you...North,Central,or South?

Jersey tattooed me at age fourteen, so I'm sure they'll do you at seventeen XD I would suggest Black Work, because they're work is utterly amazing, and I have yet to hear a bad reveiw from them.

Be a little more specific! Color or black and gray? Just letters or some art? These are huge factors in making a recommendation for an artist.
