I was wondering if it is possable to re create 3D work on the skin. The type you need those blue and red glasses for. I know this sounds weird but if its possible I may play around with this and combine it with UV ink and then who knows. I don't want to know how to do it, I'm not an artist but I would just like to know if it can be done. Any thoughts?

Wow, I have no idea but that would be interesting. Although even if it was possible I'm not sure how visibly appealing it would be on the regular when someone wasn't wearing the glasses. It would probably look like a jumbled blurry mess, but I'd like to hear what a tattoo artist has to say about the matter.
I am a big fan of stereoscopy and other visual "special effects". I have thought about tattooing "3-d" images quite a bit, and I always come up with, due to the nature of skin and how it is not perfectly consistent (especially over time), a stereoscopic tattoo is not a good choice for the long run.
I have little doubt with the technical abilities of many of todays leading tattoo artists that you could pull off a 3-d tattoo in a variety of ways (Red/Blue 3-d, "magic eye" type 3-d, Stereoscopic renderings, etc) and make it look SLAMMING apon completion, but in time the 3-d image would blur as skin moves and settles and by its nature is imperfect... It doesnt make me happy, but I compromise and find artists that use other visual effects that work in the context of tattooing to make things pop out and look real and amaze people...
Great idea, I just dont think its really feasible for the long run. I would love to be proved wrong, I would not want to be one of the mistakes...
