A question for tattoo artists (cover up question w/ pics)?

Is it possible to get this: http://www.tattoosbydesign.com/rate_my_tattoo/tattoos/viewtatoo.asp?ID=2558 covered up with something like this: http://www.checkoutmyink.com/tattoos/japanesedragon/japanese-tiger-3 Obviously, It won't look identical nor do I want it to. Also, i think i would rather get an orange tiger instead of the white if that makes any difference? thanks.

I looked at both and have to say if you get someone who does excellent cover work I am sure they will be able to do it for you. The design will be different from what I can see composition wise but personally I think its doable.
