Need help who are the top portrait tattoo artists in DC/ Baltimore area. want to get a portrait done and need help finding the right artist

I have been looking for months. But I think I have found him. Shane Oneill out of Delaware. I am in DC and he is the closest with the best creds. I book the fist available date which is in September. The guy is well worth the wait. Don't forget the richmond tattoo fest next month you may find a good out of towner there.

I have had two potraits done by Dee @ Metro Ink in College Park, MD.( formerly @ Great Southern Tattoos) She is like that when it comes to potraits. I'm having my third one done in two weeks.
