Advice

If this is an inappropriate place to put this I apologize beforehand. I've been lurking for a few weeks now, long enough to realize that there are definitely great tattoo artists here, and since I want to be a great tattoo artist someday, I'd just like some constructive (or destructive) critisism on my art. I'm not here asking about apprenticeships or how to do this or that or anything, just advice on what I need to do to get /better/.
