Okay, I'll humor the Hook but just because i am fuckwistled no thanks to my own.... Yes, there is an age that you must be to be tattooed.... I don't have the foggiest what that would be in Canada but in the States you must be the cubed root of 5832.
The age limit in Canada is 18 years old or 16 with parental consent.
