Ami James on American Chopper

This is more about trashy gossip than anything else, but I read that Ami James was on American Chopper last night "talking trash" about Kat (Look! No Gloves!!) Von D. I missed it, Did anyone hear what he said?
I missed it and for some reason my tivo didn't record it...son of a bitch. What was he saying? I can't wait to see a post from all the Kat lovers hating on him for saying shit about her.
Groupies.
Fag.
Basicly what happened is that Kat and Garver were suposed to go down to tattoo the guys at american chopper and they made a call to the guys down there to see exactly what they wanted in a tattoo. Paul Sr made a lot of joke like he normally does and Kat got realy defensive and rude to him, and Paul's gf said that she wanted an arm band tattoo and kat told her that it was very amiture and that she wasn't going to do something so "first grade" so sum it up. Any way the guys down at chopper were not pleased with her attitude and didn't want them to do the tattoo. This left Ami and Chris to go down there for themselves and clean up the mess that Kat made. In my opinion ami was completley right to bitch about kat she desearved everything he said, he is trying to run a business here and because if her attitude she almost lost the company a great deal of money.
so...... what did ami actually say about kat? god i miss everything
This is from Kat myspace page concerning the situation "I just wanted to clear up a few things for any of you who know about this situation. I guess last night, an episode of American Chopper aired which portrayed me in some bad light. And, no i have not yet seen it, but I was there and remember everything about this situation. It's important for me to explain myself to those of you who might think of me differently after watching that show. and my apology goes out to you, and no one else. Basically, they approached us with the idea of flying out to NY to tattoo the American Chopper guys. I had some reservations about doing this shoot. They had emailed us their ideas for their tattoos long ago, at that time, no one was chosen to go up there and tattoo them. They decided it would be great for Garver and I to go up there together, and since there was some friction back at the shop, I was just happy to get away for a few days. First off, we had an appointment for a consultation via phone, (which you guys got to see the edited version). For whatever reason, the American Chopper guys were late. So Garver and i were sitting there, waiting for what seemed like forever. Once again, rather than get into specifics, when we finally did meet it was not as smooth as I would have hoped. Rude comments were made to me that didnt sit well. At that point i was very frustrated. Because tattooing requires both the artist and client to be on the same page, i took my time in explaining to all of them why I didnt feel I was the right fit for them, and there was no use for them to fly us all the way out to new york to do something, that someone locally could do just as good if not better. Garver agreed with everything. But those parts were'nt aired. I NEVER meant to offend anyone, especially Beth. In all truth, i sent her flowers, with a letter of apology from the bottom of my heart. And we smoothed it out. The fact is this was simply an opportunity to try to portray me in a very inaccurate and negative light, which saddens me. But the entire reason to post this bulletin was to explain to you guys, that I, in no way feel like im the kind of tattooer who is "too good " to do certain tattoos. A lot of people think i only do portraits becasue of what you see on the show, but please remember that those people are carefully screened and that i have no control on who gets on the show. The few times i got my freinds on the show, if you notice i didnt even do portraits on them. one of my main mottos in life, especially with tattooing is, "THE MINUTE YOU THINK YOU KNOW EVERYTHING, IS THE MINUTE YOU STOP LEARNING" And i, more than anyone KNOW, that i have a long way to go. And everyday Im trying to learn, and be a better person, a better artist. but i actually enjoy doing smaller tattoos, and color, and what not. but me turning down a tattoo will never be for my own selfish benefits. if there is a ever a tattoo that i feel i am not capable of, i would gladly refer them to the man who would be better at that than myself. I could not care, and just take peoples money and tattoo an average looking tattoo, but i would never wish that on someone. At the same time, i would hate to make someone have to wait a certain amount of time on the waiting list for something they could do at a local shop that same day. I mean, there are so many AMAZING tattooers all over the place, not just the cast of miami ink. and i am ALWAYS more than happy to help you and refer you to whoever i feel would be the best for you. thats why i have a "tattoo artist" section on my website. I have nothing but love for people. I love people, i love my friends, my family, and honestly, i love my clients so much. Ive met my best friends through this job, and even my husband. I try and treat everyone like family. So, again, I am truly sorry from the bottom of my heart if i came off arrogant or full of myself. i never meant to hurt anyone. Thanks for listening. Kat von D"
