ANGEL- realistic tattoo

Hello. I'm looking for an artist specializing in a realistic Woman-Angel tatoos from the NYC area. I'm so determined to get the tattoo but it's so hard to find a really good tattoo artist.. I have vision of the angel in my mind, draft in a folder but I'm missing the most important part- an artist. I'm so worried that someone that i dont have recommendations of, is gonna mess up this work. If possible, I'm looking for specific artist recommendation, not just a studio. Thank You, Maggie
