Any Recomendations for tattoo artists in the new haven ct area

Lets see... I am looking for a tattoo artist with experience in Chinese/Japanese tattoos. I have the makings of a Tiger and Dragon tattoo on my right arm, currently I have the Tiger and some symbols on my shoulder but when it came time to coming up with some ideas for the rest the original artist and I had some scheduling issues because I was on my way back up to campus for school. Well few years later and I'm done with school but I also have realized the shop has closed and I'm not sure who to go to in order to finish it up. Ive always been pleased with whats there so far so I don't need any cover up work done or anything I just want to be sure everything goes together well I don't want it to be obvious that two different people worked on it if you know what I mean.
Also while poking around and doing some research on places I came across a few articles by tattoo artist that say it is important to leave the eyes of the dragon for last traditionally because you done want it alive without all its parts. Anyone else know about this? Like do things right when I get it done.
