any recomended tattoo artists in the new haven area?

I posted before asking about ideas that might spark something in my head to finish a tattoo i have been thinking of, and for the most part i have gotten all my ideas together. I just want to weigh out my options of where to go. I am happy with my first tattoo but after thinking back to the tattoo artists previous works in his book a lot of his tattoos were wonderful tattoos but he didnt have any that had any background work, or scenery. Basically it was the tattoo itself with nothing else around it. So i am not sure how skilled he is in that area of tattooing. I feel kind of bad since me and him hit it off from the start but i also realize this is a tattoo that is going to be on my skin for ever and i should be completly happy with it, so if anyone can give any names in the new haven and surrounding towns i would appriciate it. Im in no huge rush so i should be able to check everyone out before choosing who to go to.

You shouldnt feel bad about changing tattoo artists. They have no right to your skin, period. That said, you should choose your next tattoo artist very carefully. Your in luck, there are a TON of amazing artists in a 15 minute drive. Check out our custom tattoo artist list and look through peoples portfolios yourself. Your in for a good time, you have some of the best in the world there in southern CT.
