Anyone used this guy

Anyone use a guy named Biagio from Starlight in Belleville? It's one of Mario Barth's places. I think he also worked at Thunderstruck Tattoo. Let me know, I'm thinking of using him, the portfolio was good, but nothing beats a personal story. Thanks
