apprenticeships baltimore

ive worked in a tattoo shop in the past i got a bad apprenticeships and the shop closed the owner talked alot of shit and its bin a hard road to find another shop to teach me because i dont want to pay up front i wanna pay as i go becuase i dont wanna get dicked over if any one in baltimore or around baltimore can help let me know i just dont wanna scrach my hole life i want in i have the heart to learn and the drive to keep learning i dont care about the money i just love the art thanks blue
