I'm looking for a place perferably near me, where I can start an apprenticeship. I've been looking, and asking around alot and I'd like to get started as soon as possible. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you!

The trick isnt finding an apprenticeship, the trick is finding a GREAT artist/studio to apprentice at. Yourt best bet will always be to research and find the best artists in your area and get tattooed by them. Show them your work and you will get some sorta feedback. Keep getting tattooed by amazing artists and you will receive feedback and will know what to work on. Be prepared to travel.
