Arabic Tattoo Trouble

I'm designing a custom tattoo for when i turn eighteen and i ran into a problem...It requires me to tattoo my nipple blue! Now i dont know anyone that has tattooed their nipple before but i can imagine it will be painful... I have a high pain tolerance but i just dont know. The design is a sun similar to The godsmack symbol spanning from the bottom of my collar bone to my upper side stomach and on the sides it will span from my side of my chest to mid sternum. Then the middle will be hollowed out and there will be a blue eye put on my nipple and around it kind of like the eye of horus. Then around the eye will be written in arabic the bible verse John 3:16... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
