Artist in the philadelphia area experienced with All White tattoo's

Hello all, I've been researching white tattoo's for a couple months now, and i feel a very important decision in the process is picking someone who has a lot of experience doing all white tattoo's, since there are so many variables involved. Does anyone know of any artists who have done these in the tri-state area? (pa, nj, ny) Thanks in advance! -Matt
