Should unruly customers (you know the type) be charged more... since they make more work and headaches for you?

The sign on our wall pretty much says it all;;; "Prices vary according to customers attitude"

So, far while I'm glad everyone is of the same general opinion, but is it ethical to charge one stranger a different price for labor from another just because of attitude?

I think it'll pay off the long run to not charge people more... at least because I know one shop that charged me far less for tattoos than a friend... I paid $300 for three pieces (two 3x5 or so, one 6" diameter) in two sessions.. I recommended the place to him because they were well done and very reasonable. A month later, they charged him $200 for one piece about 3x5" and it was done in one session. I never went back and stopped recommending the place to others because I thought that was pretty unfair. And it wasn't even because he had a bad attitude or anything, the guy just saw fit to cut me a break and charge him more. So I don't know... if they have a REALLY bad attitude I might want an extra bit for the trouble and because they probably wouldn't tip.. but I would be cautious about being too arbitrary?

Oh, and his had to get touched up because the colour work wasn't well done..... and mine didn't. That was pretty much the last straw... see, I always forget crap. poo!
