Australian couple visiting Southern California

Hey everyone My boyfriend and I are going over to Los Angeles in late November 2008. I have a tattoo I want extended on, and he wants his first one done. We were just wandering where abouts we should go? Somewhere that isn't too ridiculously priced (we don't really care if it's a big commercial place or not). I am 100% sure that there are very talented tattooist that don't work in highly known parlours, the only things is, they are a lot harder to find! I'm not wanting to a really cheap tattoo, just not hideously expensive is all, you do pay for quality. So if you know any one that is good and would like their work displayed back in Australia!
