best MAORI/POLYNESIAN tribal tattoo artist

Hi, i have seen some artists here in my area (florida) but as far I saw i didnt like no one yet to let them tattoo a full sleeve on me. In your opnion, what is the best tattoo artist in these styles (maori x polynesian) here in USA? OBS.: If it is, really, really good work, that you think it is worth a trip, can be outside the US.
