Best place for portrait in North Florida?

Hello, I don't know much about tattoo's - but would like to get a portrait of my daughter on one arm, and one of my wife on the other arm. (not colour) I will be on holiday in a couple of weeks in Jacksonville, Ocala, and Panama City Beach FL. Is there anyone in that area you would recomend going to? - or would it be best to have it done at home in the U.K. ? Also could anyone give me a guide price of what I should pay, and how could I be sure the tattoo would look like the photo? Thanks for any help, or advice.
