BEST portraits in ATLANTA

Give me some of your opinions on best portrait artists. I have a piece by joshua carlton and i'm upset that he cant do this next piece for me...so help me out. I know about russ abbott, cap szumski and alot of the well known artists... but go ahead and drop names anyway!!

well i already have a piece by cap...i just want a collection from the best artists...and this one will be VERY important to me. I may go with russ but i just wanted other ppls opinions!
