Black and Grey Artist in MD/DC/VA area.

I am looking to get my first Tattoo. I have come up with an idea I just need to find the right artist. I am looking for a GREAT Black and Grey artist in my area. I want someone who is known for the Black and Grey work, not someone who can pull it off. I really like Bob Tyrrel but he is way to far away. I would like to find an artist who I can return to so I would love to find someone in MD VA DC or DE. Any help would be great. Thanks
