Blacklight Ink

Does anyone have any experience with blacklight ink? Neither my mentor nor I have tried them or personally know anyone who has a tattoo done with or used them. I have a guy that wants a tattoo of Venom and he wants his eyes, the logo on his chest, and the white patches on his hands done with blacklight ink. From what I have seen, there isn't any white blacklight ink, but there is "invisible". I want to do it in white with some grey shading in the bends and folds, so my question is, if you tattoo white, and then after it heals go back in with the "invisible" blacklight ink, will it discolor the white or will it leave it white? And will the white that is already there effect the blacklight reaction? Is there any brand that has better quality blacklight ink than other brands? Any answers you guys could give would be awesome, thanks.
