blacklight tattoo places in NC

Does anyone know of any certified and credible blacklight tattoo parlors in north carolina? I found a few (Too the Point, All American, Planet X, Crazzy's, Rock N Roll), but I'm not positive if they do blacklight tats because theres no mention or pictures of any blacklight tats on their websites. And, does anyone knows a specific certified artist in NC that does them? Also about the blacklight tats, they are only visible with a blacklight and you cant see them in any other light, right? And for a small blacklight tat, what would be the range of the cost? Thanks in advance!
