Body hair

I have a quick question that my artist doesn't know the answer to. Do tattoos affect hair folicles? Half my stomache and practically all of my pelvic hair has not grown back after three months I had tattoo work done. Not that I mind terribly mind you. No nothing different was done than done before. Same artist, same colors, just larger pieces.

Weird. Haven't heard of that outside of my EMT burn training. Burns can do that and a tatt is like a burn in many ways so yes, it could have damaged the folicles. I doubt the hair grows back in your case. Like where boots permanently chaff off of a guys ankle (or simlar example jeans) In my case I have large surgical scars across a shoulder that now grow a few (new) huge thick hairs, so go figure
