Bumps on my tattoo

I have a tattoo on my forearm its letters and one of the letters had two small bumps on it and they were hard and i being stupid picked them and put AD on them, they bled and now three weeks later that whole letter looks real dry and it filled with small bumps and another letter has two small bump to what should i do? i have had this tattoo for about 3 months. and i have one more question i have a tattoo on my chest that is about 8 months old, it looked fine for a while but it now has these two bumps on the outline that are very hard they used to itch and i had a sharp pain about 2 months ago there but it is fine now and i just have those bumps. is it just a scar or any ideas or how to even get rid of it? thanks
