Can feel it even after a year

I have this Labyrinth (maze) tattoo on my upper left arm over a year now . The lines are black. I still can feel the lines especially when I get the chills. I have had bumps since I got it. The bumps are no worse of better then the day I got it. No discoloration that I can see. It’s kind of cool but I’m wording if I should be concerned and what the heck it is.

Sounds like scar tissue... did it heal rough when you got it a year ago?
