CAN I HAVE MY BLACK TATTOO COVERED WITH ANOTHER BLACK TATTOO

hi i have the word angel on my lower black, iv had it for 10 years and its faded to a greyish black now/// i want it covered up but dont want a coloured tattoo, is it possible to have a black tattoo on top of it as iv been told i can only have a coloured tattoo preferably with purple blue and white so its shaded but its too busy for me, i just want a plane black tattoo patern nothing fussy.. she said cause its a cover up i cant be choosy and the word angel will show through a plain black tattoo is this true? cheers nenee.

that is the opposite of the truth. plain black will hide it perfectly, and color would make the word show through. google filigree. it can be black, and form to any shape or pattern. your artist can draw it right on you to make it cover the word and be a neat design that fits and looks good. and dont go to that moron who told you that black wont work.
