can i wash some color out?

got a tat 3 days ago that is a total mess-the guy was supposed to lay in some oriental style background around my elbow to tie in some previous upper and lower arm tattoos -he totally blew it -my arm looks like a friggin finger painting gone bad-lots of bright pukey lookin colors with sloppy shading-stray marks of misplaced color-unbelievable-theres no black linework-so i'm wondering if i should soak this mess to washout some color so that it can be covered up-by somebody else-anybody on long island capable of blending oriental and new traditional styles together like the fantastic work coming out of connecticut?+

Don't try soaking it out!! You are likely to cause scarring. Just let it heal and visit a competent artist for their opinion...TAz
