CAN YOU TATTOO OVER WHITE SKIN SPOTS? pigmentation....

so i have a lack of pigmentation http://www.skinsight.com/images/dx/webAdult/post-InflammatoryHypopigmentation_1492_lg.jpg i am curious.. i only have 1 spot on my side about 3 inches big.. can i get a tattoo over it... to cover it up? im very curious! please let me know!

its not a desiese or anything im just curious if i can get a tattoo over it and will the tattoo look normal? beings its whiter than my other skin around it if i get a tattoo on the spot and around it will it turn out to be the same color? thanks!

Is it Vitiligo that you have? No pigmentation on that particular spot? I was wondering to do the same like you
