So is tattooing worth it in the long run like on down the road when I am 40?

If you want to make money, I dont think so. Go into marketing, law school etc.

haha... tatooo artists are kind of like professional athletes.... for every 5,000 that give it a true shot theres about 1 or 2 that can actually become well known to the point of living very comfortably. If money is your big worry then don't even bother with the business. You'll lose a lot more money before you start seeing a return on it.
