Celtic Tattoo Artists in Hampton Roads VA

I have designed a celtic inspired piece that I would like to get tattooed. However, as I do not consider myself an artist, I would like to get it redrawn by someone with talent. Someone who knows a bit about celtic work and who can improve upon my design. So does anyone know of any tattoo artists in hampton roads VA that specialize in celtic work? I would prefer someone in the Newport News/Hampton area, but I am willing to drive if their work is good.
