Clear hard bump on new forearm tatt

I got a new tattoo on my forearm two weeks ago. It is a large tatt with lots of blue and red color. A few days after the tatt I developed a small clear raised bump in a blue portion of the tattoo. It has got a little bigger over the past two weeks...but now seems to have leveled off. At this point it is very hard and clear, does not appear to have any puss or fluid underneath....it looks as if there is no color underneath at all. Originally I thought it might be and ingrown hair as my arm was shaved for the tatt...but now I dont think it is. I only used lubiderm and aquafore on the tattoo but just not sure what this might be. Any one have any experience with this??? and if so...will it go away...it looks like hell on my new tattoo... Thanks for any information.
