Color vs. Black Healing

Just a quick question for you guys, about a week ago i got some work done on my side which involved quite a bit of color (Blue's and white). Most of it has already healed and is fine. My question however is that in a couple of spots within the blue there is some redness and it is raised. I wouldn't say it swollen however. I wasn't sure if it just took longer for the blue to heal or is this something else. Of course everyone has their own methods, but i was wondering if I should just keep up the Euricin or in the spots I should use some antiobiotic or A&D. I'm gonna go see my artist on thurs just wondering what i should do till then. Thanks.
