Cover-Ups??

I recently had two cover ups done and in both of them the healing process is weird around where the old tattoo was. Is this normal? Like it burns in those spots, takes longer to flake, and has scabbed up... but like I said, only where the old tattoo is! The rest of the tats healed pretty normal. ?

not sure whats going on here. could be the inks fighting with each other, scar tissue,maybe the artist had to work the area a little more.sort of hard to say keep it clean and follow your after care.any further questions do not hesitate to ask best of luck. now im going to post like 20 frigging numbers to post this. arrrrrgggggghhhh gabes killing me on these numbers! lol
