do you have any good ides?

I am a 25yr old female who donated my kidney to my best friend and fiance on feb 29 of last year. Im wanting to get a tattoo on my lower back to some how symbolize that. I have 2 other tattoos, 1 of a female face with a lotus flower in fool bloom under her chin that starts in between my shoulder blades and stops about the middle of my back and then i have my sons name in chinese under my 1st tattoo. I would like for the tattoos to kind of compliment or some how fit with each other,but they dont have to. This is just a very important tattoo for me and I would like the best ideas possible. Do you have any ideas that would be good for this? please let me know thanks!!

you should have kept the kidney. you're gonna feel pretty silly when he cheats on you with a fat chick.
