Does a tattoo on the top of your foot hurt worse than on the back of the neck?

I just got a tattoo on the back of my neck and want a 2nd one. I want the 2nd one to be on the top of my foot? Will it hurt worse than my neck?

yup sure will.and mosy artist do not gaurantee the work for touch up either.pain in the ass to heal and all.
