doin me own hand tat

ive got not 1 tattoo bt desperstely want 1 on my hand, no wer will do it cuz of liscensing laws, how can i do it myself ?

Self-tattooing=Instant karma...everyone gets the tattoo they deserve. Unfortunately people invariably imagine they deserve better than what they end up with. I'll be getting all of my tattoos from professionals, tipping big for excellent work and generally getting more than I deserve! If local regulation prohibits hand tattoos then save up your money and figure the travel cost into the price. If you are going to wear something as visible as a hand tattoo it should be, at the very least, the best damned tattoo (design & execution) you can possibly get. You want the reaction to be "wow", not "oh, sh*t".
