EMS 200

Have anyone here experienced wery different readings from their ems 200? The duty cycle on mine keeps traveling between 50 and below 40% and the speed is jumping from everywhere between 100 and 170, i know my machines work well so it has to be the ems200. Is this normal for the ems?
Check the power from the wall and make sure your current there isn't fluctuating. Best way to do that is to stand in a bucket and put a key in each slot on the outlet.
Clean spring contact point and screw with alcohol. May want to file the contact screw with the nail file. Also, if you are using way too thing springs or if you have very little compression (or non) in the back spring you can experience this read outs. Don't stress it too much, trust your thumb and ear more than numbers.
