exclusionary contracts

get those apprentices under contract!!!! I learned my lesson when a kid I took out of the gutter...literally.....gave him a job,let him build his skill,reputation and client base stabbed me in the back...opened up down the street without ever saying thank you.Found out later he had been planning this for months. I treated this kid like a son .So anyway my point is get an ironclad exclusionary contract drawn up...get it signed and notarized protect yourself and your business!!!You may think ya know somebody but ya never REALLY know! Oh yeah....have a great New Years!!!!!!
