Experienced level headed artist to rent my shop, maybe house?

Hi Everyone, I own a busy tattoo studio on Bowen Island in British Columbia Canada. I am planning to go traveling for 6 or more monthe in 6 or so months. I am looking for an experienced tattooer with strong people skills to run and rent my studio for the time I am gone. I draw clientelle from Vancouver as I am only a 15 min boat ride away.
