i originally wanted to get a tattoo of good omens written in baybayin going up my spine, but it's a little plain, and i want something that only i will have. does anybody know any artists who specialize in filipino tribal tattoos?
I dont know where you even are, but here are people who can do tribal tattoos well. I dont know about pure filipino style, that you propably would have to get in places where it originated. Leo Zulueta (www.myspace.com/spiraltattoo) at Spiral Tattoo in Michigan Thomas Hooper & Yoni Zilber @ www.nyadorned.com in New York Rory Keating @ www.gurutattoo.com San Diego Clint Delacy (www.myspace.com/clintdelacy) at Edison Street Tattoo in Salt Lake City
I was thinking about getting a baybayin tattoo too. I'm not sure if there are many tatt artists around that specialise in Baybayin as its a fairly new thing as the script hasn't been used since the Spanish colonised the Islands way back but if you know what you want to get or have ideas,I am sure that most artists will be able to help.
