Finding a Job

Hey everyone... I've been piercing for about 4 years, certified to teach First Aid/CPR along with blood-borne pathogens, and have managed/co-managed a few successful business. Also if it matters, I've partially apprenticed as an artist, but I don't feel like it's where I am or going right now. Anyway---I've decided I should finish college... The problem is that I don't know how I should go about finding a new job as a piercer or shop manager especially 13+ hours from where I know people. I assume I could go 'apprentice' mode and just kiss ass until someone lets me in the door, but I'm qualified enough to do what needs to be done. Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful.
