First tattoo need some info if you will

I have pretty define idea of what I want. It will be all black and skin and will have fine detail so I assume I need a fine line tattoo artist. I need someone in the NYC area that can 1) design my tattoo based on my verbal description. 2) Have great skill in drawing the human body/animals/skulls and appropriate shadowing 3) Have an excellent attitude and atience as this is my first :) Any advice is greatly appreciated.
