first Tattoo

i juss got my first tattoo and its on my shoulder its been about a week in half ago since i got it done well now i have these red bumps on mine kinda like wat tha others are talkin bout n they hurt really bad tha tattoo itself doesnt bother me and there are no bumps on tha tattoo juss around it i stopped usin tha ointment and now juss use plain lotion but tha bumps juss showed up 2 days ago an now there startin to spread toward tha middle of my back this is proably gonna sound stupid but is that normal??

You should show it to your tattoo artist. Did the bumps show up after you switched to lotion? I might stop the lotion and see what happens... but you should show it to your artist in person cause these things are impossible to diagnose on the internet.
