Foot tattoo problems

I recently got my first tattoo for my birthday, on Feb the 8th. I was on my foot a flower with a few vines, it hurt a lot but in the end it looked wicked, and I was satisfied. I had originally drawn one up but decided to go with a flash, it being my first time, and hearing about the cons of foot tattoos (spreading, double healing time). The first couple of days the tattoo was fine after removing the bandage. I followed the aftercare instructions exactly. I bought and applied a thin amount of Tattoo Goo, after washing twice daily.The white started rubbing off, hwever it didn't phase me. Then a few scabs began t develop, stiull not phased, after reading a bunch of forums and calling the shop. But about 5 days later I noticed the flower started to crack, and the tattoo began to peel away where it cracked. The whole enitre flower has now peeled off and exposed my unhealed skin underneath with fadd ink and outlines. I disheartened asI payed 134.00 dollars, and I still can't work or wear shoes yet..I need some advice or consolation.. Thanks (I can send pics)
