Foot tattoos

Hi there! I was wondering about getting a tattoo on my right foot, and the spot that I want it I am not sure that any one can tattoo there. It is the spot on your foot near your ankle, and it is like a bubble if you move your foot a certain way? I hope that someone can answer my question. Thanks, Bethany Jo
