I want to get my first tattoo soon. I want to get it on my foot but i run track and my coach would kill me if I was out for more than a few days. Does it take a long time to heal enough to wear tennis shoes and be able to run? Would you suggest getting the tattoo in a different spot? If so, where?

get it in your rectum-this way you can run all you want-but don't sit for to long.
