Foot tattoo!!!

I'm going to get a foot tattoo today and I have been reading previous topics about it so I am pretty aware that it is going to kill, never mind hurt lol. I have had a tattoo before inbetween my hip and my belly button, and that was a butterfly. That didn't hurt that much because it numbed after a while. I was going to get a red star (small) with two curvy lines next to it about 2 cm away from the toes following the curve the toes go. And its very bony there! I am aware of the pain, but do you reckon it will be excruciating? I am also at work tomorrow, and I have work shoes that won't cover up the tattoo so it heals, but I have to wear tights. I was going to keep the bandage thing that they give you on. Do you reckon I should go for it? I don't have any vacations from work until November now. What do you think?
